Welcome to MedNestHub, operated by MedNest. MedNest provides educational anatomy notes designed to support students in their studies and reduce the time required to create comprehensive study notes.
By purchasing a subscription and accessing content through MedNestHub, you agree to the following policies and Terms of Service.
Pricing Structure
MedNestHub offers subscription-based access to anatomy study materials.
Full Anatomy Access
- 6-Month Subscription: R600
- 12-Month Subscription: R1,100
Individual anatomy sections may also be available separately. The applicable price for each section is displayed before payment.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Subscription and Access Policy
Customers receive access to the content included in their selected subscription immediately after successful payment.
Access remains active for the duration of the purchased subscription period.
Subscriptions may be subject to automatic renewal where recurring billing is selected. Customers may cancel their subscription to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not immediately terminate access to content already paid for; access will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Once cancelled:
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period.
- The customer will continue to have access to the content included in their subscription until that period ends.
- The customer’s card will not be charged for a new subscription period after the cancellation has been successfully processed.
Refund Policy
Payments made for access to MedNestHub content are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to use the purchased content, or cancellation during an active subscription period.
A refund may be issued if a customer successfully cancelled their subscription but was incorrectly charged for a subsequent subscription period. Customers who believe they have been incorrectly charged should contact MedNest with their account and payment details so that the matter can be reviewed.
Terms of Service
All notes, study materials and other educational content available through MedNestHub are provided for the personal educational use of the purchasing customer only.
Customers may not:
- Share their account or subscription access with another person.
- Share, distribute or reproduce MedNestHub notes or study materials without permission.
- Resell any MedNestHub content.
- Upload MedNestHub content to any website, social media platform, file-sharing service, educational platform or other third-party platform.
- Copy or redistribute MedNestHub content for commercial purposes.
- Claim MedNestHub content as their own work.
All original MedNestHub notes and educational materials remain the intellectual property of MedNest. Purchasing a subscription provides the customer with a limited right to access and use the relevant content for personal educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property rights to the customer.
Violation of these Terms of Service may result in the suspension or termination of access to MedNestHub.
Educational Disclaimer
MedNestHub content is provided for educational and study-support purposes only. The materials are intended to supplement a student’s studies and should not be considered a replacement for official course materials, prescribed textbooks, institutional guidance or professional medical advice.
Privacy Policy
MedNest collects limited personal information necessary to provide and manage its services, including:
- Name
- Email address
This information may be used to manage customer accounts, provide access to purchased content, communicate important service information and send relevant updates.
MedNest does not sell customers’ personal information to third parties.
