Clear terms for using MedNestHub, managing recurring membership access, and purchasing digital study material.

Plans and Pricing
MedNestHub offers a free preview account and paid, subject-specific access plans. Depending on the selected plan, billing may be monthly, every six months, or annually.
The current price, billing interval and subject are shown on the membership selection page, MedNestHub checkout and PayFast confirmation page before payment. Those checkout details form part of your purchase agreement.
Recurring Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. By proceeding through PayFast, you authorise the displayed initial payment and future recurring payments for that plan.
Access and Cancellation
Digital access normally starts as soon as payment is confirmed. Your membership gives access only to the subject and term selected at checkout.
You may cancel renewal at any time through the available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Because access to digital material is supplied immediately, payments are generally non-refundable after activation. We will investigate duplicate charges, incorrect charges, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and any refund required by applicable law.
Permitted Use
MedNestHub materials are for the personal study and revision of the registered member. You may not share account credentials; reproduce, upload, distribute or resell the material; remove ownership notices; or use the material to create a competing product.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, or used in breach of these terms.

The material supports learning and revision. It is not medical advice, a substitute for accredited teaching, or a replacement for your institution’s guidance and current clinical protocols. Always confirm clinical information with authoritative, current sources.
Accounts, Privacy and Payments
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity performed through your account. Please provide accurate contact details so we can deliver access and service messages.
Payments are processed by PayFast. MedNestHub does not store your full card details. We use necessary account and transaction information to provide access, support, security and legally required records.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the website and study vault available, but maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. We may update content, pricing or these terms. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not alter a period already paid for unless required by law.
Questions or Billing Help?
Contact support@mednesthub.com. Include the email address used for your account and enough transaction information for us to locate the payment. Never email your full card number or password.
These terms are governed by applicable South African law. Nothing here removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
