How do I access the vault?
Choose a subject vault and access period, complete checkout, then sign in. Once PayFast confirms your payment, the purchased vault appears in your member dashboard.
What's included in the vault?
Each membership unlocks the structured notes and study resources inside the subject vault you selected. New material added to that vault is included while your membership remains active.
Are the notes downloadable?
No. The notes are viewed securely through your member dashboard and remain accessible on your phone, tablet, or computer while your membership is active.
How long do I have access to the vault?
Access continues for the billing period shown on your selected plan—monthly, every six months, or yearly. Your membership renews automatically unless you cancel it.
How quickly do I gain access after payment?
Access is normally activated as soon as PayFast confirms a successful payment. You can then open your purchased vault from the member dashboard.
Can I access the vault from my phone?
Yes. MedNestHub works across phones, tablets, and computers, so you can study on the device that suits you.
